变频器通风管道的生活应用

高压变频器的发热部件主要有两部分:一是整流变压器;二是功率元件,变频器的冷却方式-般采用空气冷却或者水冷却。在动力功率较小时,采用自然空气冷却或空调冷却满足要求。在功率较大时,通过在散热器中通水,利用循环水流带走热量。单纯从散热的角度,水冷是非常理想,即有冷却效果又。但是,水循环系统工艺对密封要求很高,安装复杂,维护量大,水循环系统一旦漏水,会带来严重隐患。所以,能够用空气冷却解决问题的场合,就不采用水冷。

变频器冷却的现状及问题为了解决变频器冷却及防尘问题,南片水厂取水泵站配置4台五匹吸顶式空调对变频器发热进行室内循环冷却,在2017年6月开始的高峰供水期间,南片水厂取水泵站的两台高压变频器24h常态在45Hz运行。但是当气象温度在35℃以上时,安装在室内的4套五匹空调全部开启,却还是无法将室温降低变频器允许的环境温度40℃以下。变频器发热量近似值=变频器容量X55W即1000kVAX0.9X55W=49.5kW;-匹空调制冷量近似值为2000kcal×1.162=2324W(其中,1.162为热能能量转换系数);五匹空调制冷量2324W×5匹=11.62kW,也就是说4台五匹空调的制冷功率相当与-台变频器的发热量。

如果任由这种运行情况持续下去,将使变频器出现故障的概率剧增,届时不仅会产生高额的维修费用,还会导致取水泵站取水能力下降,进而影响南片水厂的高峰供水。南片水厂取水泵站从实际检测数据显示整流变压器发热大于功率单元元件的发热量。如能把这部分的热量引走,不仅可以降低室温,还能减轻空调的负荷,减少空调的开启台数,实现降耗。

室内散热问题的解决方法利用高压变频器自带的轴流风机作为源动力,在整流变压器柜体的轴流风机外边加直径为0.85m的通风管道到室外,整根通风管道不另行设置排风机,以实现变频器热量外循环,降低室内温度,保护变频器电子元件的目的。
