通风设备该如何减低噪音?

     通风设备是由电机带动的,因为是机械设备,所以会存在一些噪音。很多人对通风设备的噪音很是反感,那在使用通风设备时如何降低噪音呢?

    选择合理的机型。在噪声控制要求高的场合,应选用低噪声通风设备。不同型号的通风设备,在同样的风量、风压下,机翼型叶片的离心通风设备噪声小,前向板型叶片的离心噪声大。

    降低转速可降低噪声。在可能条件下适当降低通风设备的转速,通风设备的旋转噪声与叶轮圆周速度10次方成比例,涡流噪声与叶轮圆周速度5次方成比例。
