    无动力油水分离器是由预过滤器、聚结分离器、吸附过滤器、泵体、控制箱、车体组成的一种水中除油的过滤设备。无动力油水分离器可处理含油量在5000mg/L的所有的工业上用的轻质油类,简单的说就是在水多油少的情况下,要使用无动力油水分离器来进行油和水的分离。

    1、启动泵源开关,依次打开预过滤器、聚结过滤器上的排气阀,待排气阀有水溢出时,表明该腔体内已充满水,此时关闭该排气阀,待各腔体均充满水时,打开出水球阀。也可以通过电磁阀手动排气,排气过程一般只需在在设备刚开始工作时进行,设备正常运行后不需排气。根据出水水质情况,可以通过出水阀适当调节进水流量的大小,出水水质差可减小流量,反之可增大流量。

    2、清水从出水口排出,集油室开始集油,油水界面开始下降。当油浸没住传感器的电极棒时,传感器输出信号,电磁阀处于开通状态,排油电磁阀开始排油,此时相应的电磁阀指示灯亮,当排油控制箱设定的延时时间到时,排油电磁阀关闭,排油指示灯熄灭,排油结束。排油后,油水界面开始上升,电极棒处于水中时,传感器停止输出信号,从观察窗上可以观察油位高低。

    3、每次停机前应将清水注满水油分离器各腔体并关闭进、出水球阀。若长时间停机不用,应在停机前以清水运行20分钟,直存油全部从油水分离器内腔排出。
