通风管道对于尺寸的基本要求以及材料

通风管道是工业与民用建筑的通风与空调工程用金属或非金属管道，是为了使空气流通，降低有害气体浓度的一种市政基础设施。风管制作与安装所用板材、型材以及其他主要成品材料，应符合设计及相关产品现行标准的规定，并应用出厂检验合格证明，材料进场时应按现行有关标准进行验收。西安通风管道的材料及尺寸的基本要求如下：
Ventilation pipes are metal or non-metallic pipes for ventilation and air conditioning engineering in industrial and civil buildings. It is a municipal infrastructure for the purpose of making air circulation and reducing the concentration of harmful gases. The plate, profile and other main materials used for the production and installation of the wind pipe should be in accordance with the requirements of the current standards of the design and related products, and the inspection certificate should be applied to the factory, and the material should be accepted according to the current relevant standards of the state. The basic requirements of materials and sizes for ventilation ducts in Xi'an are as follows:
1 金属薄板：
1 metal sheet:
普通薄钢板：有良好的加工性能和结构强度，但易于生锈；
Plain steel sheet: good workability and structural strength, but easy to rust.
镀锌薄钢板：表面镀锌，有防锈作用，一般用来制作无酸雾作用的潮湿环境中；
Galvanized steel sheet: galvanized on the surface, with rust preventive function, is generally used to make moist environment without acid mist.
铝及铝合金板：加工性能好，耐腐蚀，摩擦时不易产生火花，常用于有防爆要求的通风系统中；
Aluminum and aluminum alloy plate: good processability, corrosion resistance, friction is not easy to produce sparks, often used in ventilation systems with explosion-proof requirements.
不锈钢板：具有耐锈耐酸能力，常用于制作寒湿、寒酸的排风管道及化工环境中需耐腐蚀的通风系统；
Stainless steel plate: it has the ability of rust resistance and acid resistance. It is often used to make cold and wet exhaust pipes and corrosion resistant ventilation systems in chemical environment.
塑料复合钢板：在普通薄钢板表面上喷上一层0.2-0.4mm厚的塑料层，常用于防尘要求较高的空调系统和-10度—70度温度下耐腐蚀系统的风管；

2 非金属材料：

硬聚氯乙烯塑料板：适用于有酸性腐蚀作用的通风系统，具有表面光滑、制作方便等优点，但不耐高温、不耐寒，只适用于0—60摄氏度的空气环境，在太阳辐射作用下易脆裂；
Hard PVC plastic plate: suitable for acid corrosion ventilation system, with smooth surface, easy to make and so on, but not resistant to high temperature, cold, only suitable for 0 - 60 degrees Celsius air environment, under the effect of solar radiation brittle fracture;
玻璃钢：具有轻质、高强、不燃、耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗冷融等特性。
FRP: lightweight, high strength, non combustible, corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant, cold resistant and so on.

二、通风管道尺寸的基本要求

通风、空气调节系统的风管，宜采用圆形或长、短边之比不大于4的矩形截面，其较大长、短边之比不应超过10。风管的截面尺寸，宜按现行标准《通风与空气调节工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50243)中的规定执行，金属风管管径应为外径或外边长；非金属风管管径应为内径或内边长。
For ventilation ducts and air conditioning systems, the rectangular section with a circular or long and short edge ratio not greater than 4 should be used. The ratio of the maximum length to the short side should not exceed 10. The section size of the wind pipe should be carried out according to the provisions of the current standard of the national standard for the acceptance of the quality of ventilation and air conditioning engineering (GB 50243).
