（1）风管制作施工应按设计规定，风管（包括三通、弯头的功能配件）采用相应的合格材料，厚度按图纸施工。

（6）不同系统风管的连接方式要符合相应的要求根据，送排风采用共板法兰连接方式，防排烟系统采用角钢法兰连接。

（7）共板法兰连接风管四角处的角件与法兰四角接口的固定应紧贴，端面应平整，相连处不应有大于2mm的连续穿透缝。
(7) The corners of the common plate flanged connection air duct should be fixed close to the corner of the flange, the end face should be smooth, and there should not be a continuous penetrating seam greater than 2 mm at the joint.
（8）薄钢板法兰的弹性插条、弹簧夹的紧固螺栓(铆钉)应分布均匀，间距不应大于150mm，较外端的连接件距风管边缘不应大于100mm。
(8) The elastic strip of the thin plate flange and the fastening bolt (rivet) of the spring clamp shall be evenly distributed, the spacing shall not be greater than 150 mm, and the outermost connector shall not be greater than 100 mm from the edge of the air duct.
（9）组合型薄钢板法兰与风管管壁的组合，应调整法兰口的平面度后，再将法兰条与风管铆接（或本体铆接）。
(9) For the combination of the combined thin steel plate flange and the air duct wall, the flange should be riveted (or riveted) with the air duct after adjusting the flatness of the flange opening.
（10）风管的密封，应以板材连接的密封为主，通风管道可用普通胶条，防排烟系统要用不然密封材料。

（11）当矩形风管边长大于或等于630mm和保温风管边长大于或等于800mm，且其管段长度大于1200mm时，均采取加固措施，采用直径为8mm通丝螺杆加固。对边长小于或等于800mm的风管，宜采用楞筋、楞线的方法加固。

（12）法兰端面粘贴密封胶条并紧固法兰四角螺丝后，方可安装插条或弹簧夹、顶丝卡。弹簧夹、顶丝卡不应松动。
(12) Installation of inserts or spring clips or plug-in clips can be accomplished only after the end face of the flange is pasted with sealant strips and the four-corner screws of the flange are fastened. Spring clips and top wire cards should not be loosened.
