通风系统中风管和风阀操作注意事项

在安装算量中,有一个为暖通,其中通风系统是其中很重要的一环。以通风系统说一下操作的方法及注意事项。

通风系统在安装算量中有两种作法,一种是描图方式,一种是转化方式。这次针对性说一下转化方式的应用。

Firstly, there are two ways to calculate the installation amount of ventilation system, one is the drawing method, the other is the transformation method. This is about the application of transformation.

通风考虑的主要有风口、风管、风阀、风设备及一些附件。

本次主要强调通风系统中风管和风阀操作注意事项:

一、风管的识别

1. Identification of duct

对于风管的转化之前,有一个内容必须要先明确,那就是关于风管的标高。用高度调整命令查看时,有时显示出来的结果不一样。那是因为,管线和管道的标高就是线或管的中心标高,平时再说管道多高时,就是把管道看成一根线。而如果做风管,那在表示标高时,方法就有些不同。要说风管管底标高,还是中心标高,还是顶标高。所以在风管之前,要看清图纸上的风管将来是上平齐,还是下平齐,还是中心齐,那相对应的调整管底标高,中心标高和顶标高。(此外,在做风管转化时,也要针对性的要使用对应的一种)。

(in addition, when the duct is transformed, the corresponding one should be used accordingly.

那现在要做好风管转化,这一步要输入好以下方面:一是风管的材质,二是风管的壁厚,三是风管的接口型式,四是风管的保温厚度。这些参数较好看一下说明,如果没有的话参考05N4-3的相关规定。

二、风阀的绘制及注意事项

关于风阀可以用转化,也可以直接绘制,方法可以参考转化设备。这里说一下风阀中比较特殊的内容。在管道里面,阀门是不扣减管道长度的,但在风管里面,风阀是要扣减掉风管的长度的,对于不同的风阀类型,有不同的扣减方法。如下图所示,有的是风管宽度不论什么值,风阀只扣一个固定值;有的是风管宽度论什么值,风阀长度扣固定加上风管的高度(或半径);还有一种情况,风管的宽度与风阀的长度有一个对应关系。我们可以根据具体的说明来选择不同的风阀类别。
