该怎查验通风管道的安装标准?

通风管道是工业与民用建筑的通风与空调工程用金属或非金属管道，是为了使空气流通，下降有害气体浓度的一种基础设施。通风管道厂家在风管制作与装置过程中，所用板材、型材以及其他首要制品材料，应符合规划及相关产品现行标准的规矩，并使用出厂查验合格证明，材料进场时应按现行有关标准进行查验。

Ventilation pipes are metal or non-metal pipes used in ventilation and air conditioning engineering of industrial and civil buildings. They are an infrastructure for air circulation and reducing the concentration of harmful gases. In the process of air-conditioning operation and installation, the materials used by ventilation pipeline manufacturers, such as plates, profiles and other primary products, shall conform to the regulations of the current national standards for planning and related products, and shall use the certificate of qualifications for factory inspection. The materials shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant national standards in force when entering the field.

一、风管法兰联接

I. Flange connection of air duct

1、法兰密封垫料。选用不透气、不产尘、弹性好的材料，法兰垫料应尽量削减接头，接头方法选用阶梯形或企口形，接头处应涂密封胶。法兰之间的垫料应符合规划要求。

1. Flange gasket. Choose materials that are impermeable, dustproof and elastic. Flange gaskets should reduce joints as much as possible. Joint methods should be ladder-shaped or enterprise-shaped. Sealant should be applied at joints. The gaskets between flanges shall meet the planning requirements.

2、法兰联接时，按要求垫好垫料，然后把两个法兰先对正，穿上几颗螺栓并戴上螺母，不要上紧。再用尖冲塞进未上螺栓的螺孔中，把两个螺孔撬正，直到一切螺栓都穿上后，拧紧螺栓。紧螺栓时应按十字交叉逐步均匀的拧紧。风管联接好后，以两头法兰为准，拉线检查风管联接是否平直。

2. When connecting flanges, pad the padding according to the requirements first, then put the two flanges in the right direction, put on several bolts and put on nuts, do not tighten. Then punch the bolts into the holes without bolts, pry the two holes straight, until all the bolts are put on, tighten the bolts. When tightening the bolt, it should be tightened evenly and gradually according to the cross. After the connection of the air duct is completed, the flange at both ends shall be taken as the standard, and the drawing line shall be checked to see whether the connection of the air duct is straight.

3、不锈钢风管法兰联接的螺栓，宜用同原料的不锈钢制成，如用一般碳素钢，应按规划要求喷涂涂料。

3. Bolts connected with flanges of stainless steel air ducts should be made of stainless steel with the same raw materials. If common carbon steel is used, coatings should be sprayed according to planning requirements

4、铝板风管法兰联接应选用镀锌螺栓，并在法兰两头垫镀锌垫圈。

4. Galvanized bolts should be selected for flange connection of aluminium sheet air duct, and galvanized gaskets should be cushioned at both ends of flange.

5、非金属风管联接两法兰端面应平行、紧密，法兰螺栓两头应加镀锌垫圈;复合材料风管选用法兰联接时，应有防冷桥办法。

5. The ends of flanges of non-metallic air ducts should be parallel and close, and the ends of flange bolts should be galvanized gaskets; when flanges of composite air ducts are selected, the method of cold-proof bridge should be adopted.

6、联接法兰的螺栓应均匀拧紧，其螺母宜在同一侧。

6. The bolts of the connecting flange should be tightened evenly, and the nuts should be on the same side.

二、风管无法兰联接

2. Air duct can not be connected in blue

1、承插式风管联接：适用于矩形或圆形风管联接。先制作联接管，然后刺进两头风管，再用自攻螺栓或拉铆钉将其紧密固定，风管联接处的四周应一致，无明显的弯曲或褶皱;内涂的密封胶应无缺，外粘的密封胶带应张贴结实、无缺无缺陷。

1. Socket-and-socket air duct connection: suitable for rectangular or circular air duct connection. Firstly, make connecting pipe, then pierce into two air ducts, then fix it tightly with self-tapping bolt or rivet. The air duct connection should be uniform around, without obvious bending or folding; the inner sealing glue should be intact, and the outer adhesive sealing tape should be sturdy and flawless.

2、薄钢板法兰方法风管联接：要求弹性插条、弹簧夹或紧固螺栓的间隔不应大于150mm，且分布均匀，无松动现象。

2. Air pipe connection by thin plate flange method: Elastic inserts, spring clamps or fastening bolts should not be more than 150 mm apart, and should be evenly distributed without loosening.

3、插条式风管联接：适用于矩形风管，要求联接后的板面应平坦、无明显弯曲。

3. Plug-type air duct connection: It is suitable for rectangular air duct, requiring that the plate surface after connection should be flat and without obvious bending.
