铁皮风管与铝箔复合玻纤风管的性能!

一、铁皮风管

I. Iron duct

1、铁皮风管优点

1. Advantages of iron duct

1) 强度高,能承受3kPa的风压,可满足高中低压风体系的运用。

1) High strength, can withstand 3kPa wind pressure, can meet the application of high, medium and low pressure wind system.

2) 可现场加工,运输本钱低,调整便利,不影响工期。

2) It can be processed on site, with low transportation cost and convenient adjustment, without affecting the construction period.

2、铁皮风管缺点

2. Disadvantage of iron duct

1) 易生锈,运用寿命不长,不利于提高室内空气质量,在湿润的环境下,运用寿命只有5-7年,并且过4-5年去看风管内部到处是锈迹斑斑。

1) Easy to rust, not long service life, not conducive to improving indoor air quality, in a humid environment, the service life is only 5-7 years, and after 4-5 years to see the wind pipe is full of rust spots.

2) 漏风率高,能耗大。铁皮风管由咬口及法兰连接,其漏风率在10%左右(标准允许)。

2) High air leakage rate and high energy consumption. Tin air duct is connected by bite and flange, and its air leakage rate is about 10% (permitted by national standard).

3) 通风噪声大。铁皮风管壁薄,在风速和风压的作用下会产生噪声。

4) 重量大,添加建筑物荷载。铁皮风管每重量在10kg以上。

5) 导热系数高。铁皮风管采用外保温,外保温添加了工程造价,影响了施工工期。假如外保温不到位或遭到破损,就会产生冷桥。冷凝水损坏吊顶,会损坏下面的物件。

5) High thermal conductivity. Iron sheet air duct adopts external thermal insulation, which adds engineering cost and affects the construction period. If the external thermal insulation is not in place or damaged, a cold bridge will occur. Condensate damages the ceiling and damages the underlying objects.

6) 制作装置周期长。铁皮风管要采用大型的机械施工,要做咬口和法兰,速度慢。

7) 维护本钱高。铁皮风管经常要维护,进行防锈处理。

二、铝箔复合玻纤风管

II. Aluminum Foil Composite Glass Fiber Ventilator

铝箔复合玻纤风管直接用铁皮风管的保温材料-超细玻璃棉制作而成。1992年就有超级风管(玻纤风管)进入国内市场,尽管经过了十多年的市场运作,但目前市场份额依然适当小,甚有份额萎缩的趋势。

Aluminum foil composite glass fiber duct is directly made of superfine glass wool, the insulation material of iron sheet duct. In 1992, super duct (glass fibre duct) entered the domestic market. Despite more than ten years of market operation, the market share is still appropriately small, and even tends to shrink.

1、铝箔复合玻纤风管优点

1. Advantages of Aluminum Foil Composite Glass Fiber Ventilator

1) 吸声。因其直接用超细玻璃棉制作,原料比较松散,有较好的吸声功能。

1) sound absorption. Because it is made of superfine glass wool directly, the raw material is loose and has better sound absorption function.

2) 重量轻。每重量3kg左右。

2) Light weight. It weighs about 3 kg per square metre.

2、但与铁皮风管相比缺点也许多

1) 强度差。因直接用超细玻璃棉制作,承压能力差,只能在低压、小风管运用。制品维护要求高,简单被后期的水电和装饰工程弄破。不能清洗。

1) poor strength. Due to the poor pressure-bearing capacity of superfine glass wool, it can only be used in low-pressure and small air ducts. Product maintenance requirements are high, simple by the later hydropower and decoration works broken. Can't clean.

2) 怕湿润。超细玻璃棉的吸水率极高,假如表面关闭不到位,特别是在开槽后,会吸收大量的水分,降低保温功能和强度。

2) afraid of wetting. Ultrafine glass wool absorbs water very high, if the surface is not closed in place, especially after grooving, it will absorb a lot of water, reducing the insulation function and strength.

3) 纤维易飞散。超细玻璃棉假如表面关闭不到位,特别是在开槽后,会导致纤维飞散,影响人体健康。

3) Fibers are easily dispersed. If the surface of superfine glass wool is not closed properly, especially after grooving, it will cause fibers to disperse and affect human health.

4) 风阻大。表面粗糙度达0.9-1.1mm,一般要求机组功率提高10%,添加能耗。

4) High wind resistance. The absolute surface roughness is 0.9-1.1 mm. Generally, the unit power should be increased by 10% and the energy consumption should be added.
