通风管道中运用高碱布,在短期内产品强度也很高,处理好也能达到标准,但实验表明,一年后管道的强度下降约40%,以后强度还要逐年下降,而且管道还会开裂、粉化等,因而应特别加强对玻璃纤维布的管理和运用。

现在市场通的玻璃钢通风管道运用的是工业氯化镁,其间一部分海产氯化镁质量较差,首要足NaCl、KCL、CaCl2、SO42-等有育杂质合录过高,从而引起制品吸潮返卤、泛霜、变形等弊病,因而生产中应严格控制其化学成分。
