白铁加工怎么分类

　　白铁加工就是对钣金进行执沙、打磨、抛光、喷色、电镀处理及后期的烤漆处理的工艺，成品可应用于照明通讯，电力，机电，工业设备，家居用品，公共设施等领域。按生产及加工方法可分为以下几类：

　　White iron processing is the process of sand holding, grinding, polishing, color spraying, electroplating and post-baking of sheet metal. The finished products can be used in lighting communication, power, electromechanical, industrial equipment, household appliances, public facilities and other fields. According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:

　　1、热浸镀锌加工：将薄铁板浸入熔解的锌槽中，使其表面粘附一层锌的薄钢板，主要采用连续镀锌工艺生产，即把成卷的钢板连续浸在熔解有锌的镀槽中制成镀锌钢板。

　　1. Hot dip galvanizing process: dip thin iron plate into molten zinc bath, make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc thin steel plate, mainly by continuous galvanizing process, that is, continuous dipping of coiled steel plate in the galvanized bath to make galvanized steel plate.

　　2、合金化镀锌加工：这种白铁加工方法生产的产品有很好的密着性和焊接性。一般采用热浸法制造，但在出槽后，立即把它加热到500℃左右，使其生成锌和铁的合金薄膜。

　　2. Galvanizing by alloying: The products produced by this white iron processing method have good tightness and weldability. Generally, it is made by hot dipping method, but it is heated to about 500 (?) C immediately after the trough is out to form zinc and iron alloy films.

　　3、电镀锌加工：用电镀法制造这种镀锌钢板具有良好的加工性。但镀层较薄，耐腐蚀性不如热浸法镀锌板。

　　3. Galvanizing: The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating method has good machinability. However, the coating is thinner and less corrosion resistant than hot dip galvanized sheet.

　　4、单面镀和双面差镀加工：单面镀锌钢板，即只在一面镀锌的产品。白铁加工在焊接、涂装、防锈处理、加工等方面，具有比双面镀锌板更好的适应性。

　　4. Single-sided galvanizing and double-sided differential galvanizing: single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, only one-sided galvanized products.  White iron processing has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, painting, anti-rust treatment and processing.

　　5、合金、复合镀锌加工：它是用锌和其他金属如铝、铅、锌等制成合金乃复合镀成的钢板。这种钢板既具有的防锈性能，又有良好的涂装性能。

　　5. Alloy and compound galvanizing: It is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminium, lead and zinc, and even composite galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent rust-proof performance, but also has good coating performance.
