风管制作施工有哪些要求

  按截面形状,风管可分为圆形风管,矩形风管,扁圆风管等多种,其中圆形风管阻力较小的高度尺寸较大,制作复杂。所以应用以矩形风管为主。下来一起来了解一下风管制作施工中的一些要求:

  According to the cross-section shape, the air duct can be divided into circular air duct, rectangular air duct, flat round air duct and so on. Among them, the height dimension with the smallest resistance of the circular air duct is the largest and the manufacture is complex. So rectangular duct is the main application. Come down to understand some requirements in the construction of air conditioning:

  (1)风管制作施工应按设计规定,风管(包括三通、弯头的功能配件)采用相应的合格材料,厚度按图纸施工。

  (1) The construction of air duct shall be carried out in accordance with the design stipulations. The air duct (including three-way and elbow functional parts) shall be constructed with corresponding qualified materials and the thickness shall be constructed according to the drawings.

  (2)圆形弯管半径应大于等于2倍弯管直径。

  (2) The radius of the circular elbow should be greater than or equal to 2 times the diameter of the elbow.

  (3)矩形风管的弯管,可采用内弧或内斜线弯管。当边长大于或等于500mm时,应设置导流行。

  (3) The bend of rectangular duct can be made by inner arc or inner oblique line. When the edge length is greater than or equal to 500 mm, the guide should be set.

  (5)风管与配件的表面平整,圆弧应均匀。咬口缝应严密、宽度应一致,并不得有十字交叉的拼接缝。

  (5) The surface of air duct and fittings should be smooth and the arc should be uniform. The bite seam shall be tight and uniform in width, and there shall be no cross-stitching seam.

  (6)不同系统风管的连接方式要符合相应的要求根据,送排风采用共板法兰连接方式,防排烟系统采用角钢法兰连接。

  (6) The connection modes of air pipes in different systems should meet the corresponding requirements. Common plate flange connection is used for air supply and exhaust, and angle steel flange connection is used for smoke prevention and exhaust system.

  (7)共板法兰连接风管四角处的角件与法兰四角接口的固定应紧贴,端面应平整,相连处不应有大于2mm的连续穿透缝。

  (7) The corner parts of the common plate flange connecting the air duct at the four corners should be fixed tightly with the four corners of the flange, the end surface should be flat, and there should be no more than 2 mm continuous penetration joints at the joint.

  (8)薄钢板法兰的弹性插条、弹簧夹的紧固螺栓(铆钉)应分布均匀,间距不应大于150mm,较外端的连接件距风管边缘不应大于100mm。

  (8) The elastic inserts of the thin steel plate flange and the fastening bolts (rivets) of the spring clamp should be evenly distributed, and the spacing should not be greater than 150 mm, and the connecting parts of the outermost end should not be greater than 100 mm from the edge of the air duct.

  (9)组合型薄钢板法兰与风管管壁的组合,应调整法兰口的平面度后,再将法兰条与风管铆接(或本体铆接)。

  (9) For the combination of composite thin steel plate flange and air duct wall, the flange flange should be riveted (or riveted) with air duct after adjusting flange flatness.

  (10)风管的密封,应以板材连接的密封为主,通风管道可用普通胶条,防排烟系统要用不然密封材料。

  (10) The sealing of air duct should be mainly made of plate connection. Ventilation duct can be made of ordinary tape, and smoke control and exhaust system should be made of other sealing materials.

  (11)当矩形风管边长大于或等于630mm和保温风管边长大于或等于800mm,且其管段长度大于1200mm时,均采取加固措施,采用直径为8mm通丝螺杆加固。对边长小于或等于800mm的风管,宜采用楞筋、楞线的方法加固。

  (11) When the side of rectangular duct is larger than or equal to 630 mm and the side of insulating duct is larger than or equal to 800 mm, and the length of duct section is longer than 1200 mm, reinforcement measures are adopted, with 8 mm diameter through screw. For air ducts whose opposite side length is less than or equal to 800mm, it is advisable to reinforce them with corrugated ribs and lines.

  (12)法兰端面粘贴密封胶条并紧固法兰四角螺丝后,方可安装插条或弹簧夹、顶丝卡。弹簧夹、顶丝卡不应松动。

  (12) Installation of sockets or spring clips and top screw clamps can be achieved only after sealing tape is affixed to the end face of the flange and four corner screws of the flange are fastened. Spring clamp and top wire clamp should not be loosened.
