　　(1)、支架制作时，应按照国标图集上规矩的型钢标准，不得随意改变。

　　(2)、凡风道支架上的螺栓孔一概选用钻孔，不得选用气焊割孔。

　　(3)、带有斜支撑的托架，焊缝应为满焊。

　　(5)、当风道断面较小时，风道吊杆可选用膨胀螺栓固定在楼板上，当风道较大时，应选用钻孔因定的办法。

　　(6)、支架在设备前，应在墙休、柱体和楼板面上弹出风道的中心线，然后再判定支架的水平方位及标高，可确保设备后的风道的水平度和平面中心方位。

　　(7)、支架设备前，应对暴露部分进行除锈、刷防锈漆处理。

　　(8)、凡低温风道，为了防止产生冷桥，在风管与支架的触摸面上应垫木方或木块。

　　(9)、墙体上设备的支架，设备调平后，应选用C20混凝土堵洞并捣实与结构面平。

　　(10)、中选用在墙、柱体上预理钢构件时，在土建浇注混凝土前，应复核钢构件的方位和标高。

　　(11)、无特殊要求时，风道支架的间隔一般为3m,但在缺少3m的风道应在两端各设备一支架，在三通或弯头处官加设支架。

　　(12)、在风道支架上不得设备其他的管道或线缆。
