　　一、保温性能对比：

　　无机玻璃钢风管：导热系数大，无保温性能，必须另外加包保温层及保温防护层，保 温层特性同镀锌风管。

　　Inorganic fiberglass reinforced plastic duct: It has large thermal conductivity and no thermal insulation performance. It must be coated with thermal insulation layer and thermal insulation protection layer. The thermal insulation layer has the same characteristics as galvanized duct.

　　镀锌螺旋风管：导热系数大，无保温性能，需另外加包保温层。

　　二、强度对比：

　　无机玻璃钢风管：强度较高，但比较脆弱，应其较重，不易搬运，易受碰撞导致酥裂和破损， 因自重较大，水平面边长较大时风管壁厚迅速增加，单位面积管壁重量大大增加，容易产生性竖向变 形和沉降（规范规定矩形无机玻璃钢风管也应同按金属风管的加固方法进行加固，其加固筋与风管应为相同的材料并成为一整体）。

　　无机玻璃钢风管：无法与有机玻璃钢风管的防潮性能相比，受原料配比的制约，其防潮能 力的稳定性较差；受市场竞争的影响，为降低成本，使目前市场上出现的无机玻璃钢风管绝大多数不能符 合相关标准。

　　Inorganic FRP duct: Compared with the moisture-proof performance of organic FRP duct, the stability of moisture-proof ability of inorganic FRP duct is poor due to the restriction of raw material ratio. 　　《规范》规定：风管漏风量应根据管道长短及其气密程度，按系统风量的百分率计算。风管漏风率宜采用10%（对于一般送排风系统）玻璃钢风管总长度50m以下时，其漏风率通常要达到 8-10%， 风管总长度增加时，漏风量要适当增加，当管内静压为500Pa时，风管单位面积漏风量为6m3 /h.m2 。

　　The Code stipulates that the air leakage rate of air duct shall be calculated according to the length of the duct and its air tightness, and the percentage of the air flow rate of the system. 　　玻璃钢风管：无消声性能，必须加装消声器，且需要更大的空间FRP duct: silence performance, muffler must be installed, and need more space镀锌风管： 无消声性能，必须加装消声器，同玻璃钢风管一样，多占 用空间。

　　Galvanized air duct: silencing performance, muffler must be installed, as with FRP air duct, occupy more space.
