  通风管道设备负压风机的降温原理介绍

  一、换气降温:由于阳光照射建筑物、机器设备、人体等热源导致需要通风的场所气温高于室外。负压风机能将室内热气迅速排出,让室温和外界温度持平,不于车间内温度升高。

  1. Ventilation and cooling: The temperature of places requiring ventilation is higher than that of outdoors because of the sunlight illuminating buildings, machinery and equipment, human body and other heat sources. Negative pressure fan can expel the hot air quickly, keep the room temperature and the outside temperature level, so as not to increase the temperature in the workshop.

  二、空气流动带走人体热量,空气流动加速汗液蒸发而吸收人体热量,从而让人体感觉凉爽,和自然风一样凉爽。

  2. Air flow takes away human heat. Air flow accelerates the evaporation of sweat and absorbs human heat, thus making the human body feel cool, as cool as natural wind.

  三、负压风机只有通风降温的作用,没有制冷的功能,凉爽是人体的感觉。负压风机能降多少温度的说法是无知的。

  3. The negative pressure fan only has the function of ventilation and cooling, and has no refrigeration function. Coolness is the human body's feeling. It is ignorant to say how much temperature can be lowered by a negative pressure fan.

  四、和水帘配合使用,在夏季炎热的时候可将车间内温度控制在28摄氏度以内。但人体的凉爽感觉可与空调相比,稍长时间对着水帘的人会感觉冷而受不了。

  如何测定通风管道内的风速及风量?

  How to measure the wind speed and volume in the ventilation duct?

  通风管道内风速及风量的测定,是通过测量压力换算得到的。

  The measurement of wind speed and volume in ventilation duct is obtained by measuring pressure conversion.

  据了解,要想测得管道中气体的真实压力值,除了正确使用测压仪器外,合理选择测量断面、减少气流的扰动对测量结果的影响很大。

  It is understood that in order to measure the real pressure of gas in the pipeline, besides the correct use of pressure measuring instruments, reasonable selection of measurement section and reduction of air disturbance have a great impact on the measurement results.

  测量断面应尽量选择在气流平稳的直管段上。测定动压时如发现任何一个测点出现零值或负值,表明气流不稳定,该断面不宜作为测定断面。

  The measurement section should be chosen as far as possible in the straight pipe section with smooth air flow. If zero or negative values are found at any measuring point during the dynamic pressure measurement, which indicates that the air flow is unstable, the section should not be used as the measuring section.

  当测量断面设在弯头、三通等异形部件前面(相对气流流动方向)时,距这些部件的距离应大于2倍管道直径。

  When the measuring section is located in front of the elbow, tee and other special-shaped parts (relative flow direction), the distance from these parts should be greater than 2 times the diameter of the pipeline.

  当测量断面设在弯头、三通等异形部件后面时,距这些部件的距离应大于4~5倍管道直径。

  When the measuring section is behind the elbow and tee, the distance from these parts should be greater than 4-5 times the diameter of the pipeline.

  当测试现场难于满足要求时,为减少误差可适当增加测点。但是,测量断面位置距异形部件的小距离少是管道直径的1.5倍。

  When the test site is difficult to meet the requirements, in order to reduce the error, the measurement points can be increased appropriately. However, the minimum distance between the measured section position and the special-shaped parts is at least 1.5 times the diameter of the pipeline.
