1、通风机安装应符合下列规定

1. The fan installation shall meet the following requirements

（1）风机试运转时，叶轮旋转方向正确，经不少于2H运转后，滑动轴承温升不超过35度，温度不超过70度；滚动轴承温升不超过40度，温度不超过80度。

(1) During the test run of the fan, the rotating direction of the impeller is correct. After not less than 2h of operation, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 35 degrees and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 degrees; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 40 degrees and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 degrees.

（2）离心风机与减震台座接触紧密，螺栓拧紧，并有防松装置。

(2) The centrifugal fan is in close contact with the shock absorption pedestal, the bolts are tightened, and there is a locking device.

（3）管道风机采用减震吊架安装时，风机与减震吊架连接紧密，牢固可靠；采用支拖架安装时，风机与减震器及支架、托架连接紧密，稳固可靠。

(3) When the pipeline fan is installed with damping hanger, the connection between the fan and damping hanger is tight, firm and reliable; when it is installed with support and towing frame, the connection between the fan and shock absorber, bracket and bracket is tight, firm and reliable.

2、过滤器、纸除尘器、过滤器吸收器安装应符合下列规定

（4）过滤器的安装应固定牢固，过滤器与框架、框架与维护结构之间无明显缝隙。

（5）纸除尘器和过滤器的安装，应固定牢固，位置准确，连接严密。

3、消声器安装应符合下列规定

（1）消声器框架必须牢固，共振腔的隔板尺寸贴紧，正确，隔板与壁板结合处外壳严密不漏。

（2）消声器安装方向必须正确，并单独设置支（吊）架。

4、密闭阀门安装，应符合下列规定

（1）安装前应进行检查，其密闭性能应符合产品技术要求。

(1) Inspection shall be conducted before installation, and its sealing performance shall meet the technical requirements of the product.

（2）安装时，阀门上箭头标志方向与冲击波的方向一致。

(2) During installation, the direction of arrow mark on the valve is consistent with the direction of shock wave.

（3）开关指示灯的位置与阀门板的实际开关位置应相同，启闭手柄的操作位置应准确。

5、测压装置安装，应符合下列规定
