一、通风管道的材料
1、 Material of ventilation duct
1 金属薄板：
1 sheet metal:
普通薄钢板：有良好的加工性能和结构强度，但易于生锈；
Ordinary thin steel plate: good processability and structural strength, but easy to rust;
镀锌薄钢板：表面镀锌，有防锈作用，一般用来制作无酸雾作用的潮湿环境中；
Galvanized steel sheet: the surface of galvanized steel sheet is galvanized and has the function of rust prevention. It is generally used to make wet environment without acid mist effect;
铝及铝合金板：加工性能好，耐腐蚀，摩擦时不易产生火花，常用于有防爆要求的通风系统中；
Aluminum and aluminum alloy plate: good processing performance, corrosion resistance, not easy to produce sparks during friction, commonly used in ventilation system with explosion-proof requirements;
不锈钢板：具有耐锈耐酸能力，常用于制作寒湿、寒酸的排风管道及化工环境中需耐腐蚀的通风系统；
Stainless steel plate: it has the ability of corrosion resistance and acid resistance. It is often used to make cold, wet and sour exhaust pipes and the ventilation system that needs corrosion resistance in chemical environment;
塑料复合钢板：在普通薄钢板表面上喷上一层0.2-0.4mm厚的塑料层，常用于防尘要求较高的空调系统和-10度—70度温度下耐腐蚀系统的风管；
Plastic composite steel plate: spray a layer of 0.2-0.4mm thick plastic layer on the surface of ordinary thin steel plate, which is commonly used in air conditioning system with high dust-proof requirements and air duct of corrosion-resistant system at - 10-70 ℃;
2 非金属材料：
2. Non metallic materials:
硬聚氯乙烯塑料板：适用于有酸性腐蚀作用的通风系统，具有表面光滑、制作方便等优点，但不耐高温、不耐寒，只适用于0—60摄氏度的空气环境，在太阳辐射作用下易脆裂；
Rigid polyvinyl chloride plastic plate: it is suitable for ventilation system with acid corrosion effect, with smooth surface and convenient production, but it is not resistant to high temperature and cold. It is only suitable for 0-60 ℃ air environment and easy to crack under the action of solar radiation;
玻璃钢：具有轻质、高强、不燃、耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗冷融等特性。
FRP: with light, high strength, non combustible, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, cold melt resistance and other characteristics.
二、通风管道尺寸的基本要求
2、 Basic requirements of ventilation duct size
通风、空气调节系统的风管，宜采用圆形或长、短边之比不大于4的矩形截面，其长、短边之比不应超过10。风管的截面尺寸，宜按现行标准《通风与空气调节工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50243)中的规定执行，金属风管管径应为外径或外边长；非金属风管管径应为内径或内边长。
The air duct of ventilation and air conditioning system should be circular or rectangular section with the ratio of long and short sides no more than 4, and the maximum ratio of long and short sides should not exceed 10. The section size of air duct should be in accordance with the current standard "code for acceptance of construction quality of ventilation and air conditioning engineering" (GB 50243). The diameter of metal air duct should be the outer diameter or outer length; the diameter of non-metallic duct should be the inner diameter or inner side length.
