不锈钢通风管道压力试验条件有哪些?

1、 管道进行压力试验应具备的条件

1. Conditions for pressure test of pipeline

① 施工完毕的管道,必须通过安装确认,有管道加工记录并符合设计要求和GBJ235-82中有关规定;

① The pipeline after construction must be confirmed by installation, have pipeline processing records and meet the design requirements and relevant provisions in gbj235-82;

② 规定的支、吊架安装完毕,并已调节完毕管道的倾斜度;

② The specified supports and hangers have been installed and the inclination of the pipeline has been adjusted;

③ 焊接工作已经结束,经检查合格并有检验记录,焊接部位未做保温处理;

③ The welding work has been completed, passed the inspection and there are inspection records, and the welding parts have not been insulated;

④ 管子与管道附件具有完整的制造厂家的合格证书,并有阀门的试验记录,试验用压力表和温度计也必须是经过检验的合格产品;

④ Pipes and pipe accessories shall have complete manufacturer's certificate of conformity and valve test records. Pressure gauges and thermometers for test must also be qualified products after inspection;

⑤ 试验用的压力表已经校验,精度不得低于1.5级。表面的满刻度值为 大被测压力的1.5~2倍,压力表不得少于2个,以便比较;

⑤ The pressure gauge used for the test has been calibrated, and the accuracy shall not be lower than grade 1.5. The full scale value of the surface shall be 1.5 ~ 2 times of the measured pressure, and there shall be no less than 2 pressure gauges for comparison;

⑥ 有检验 的并经过批准的试验方案;

⑥ There is an inspected and approved test scheme;

⑦ 设计修改及材料变更代用应有文件;

⑦ Design modification and material change substitution shall be documented;

⑧ 试验前应将不能参加试验的系统、设备、仪表及管道附件等加以隔离。

2、水压试验的操作

2. Operation of hydrostatic test

使用清洁的水作为试压介质。向管内灌水时,应打开管道系统中高点的阀门排气,待水灌满后,关闭排气阀和进水阀,用手摇式水泵或电动水泵加压,压力逐渐地升高直到设计试压的某一数值。然后停止加压时对管道进行检查,无泄漏等问题后现继续加压,试验压力时停止加压,并保持20min。

Use clean water as the pressure test medium. When filling the pipe, open the valve at the high point in the pipeline system for exhaust. After the water is filled, close the exhaust valve and inlet valve, pressurize with hand-operated water pump or electric water pump, and gradually increase the pressure until a certain value of the design pressure test. Then, check the pipeline when the pressurization is stopped. After there is no leakage and other problems, continue the pressurization. When the test pressure is reached, stop the pressurization and keep it for 20min.

在试验压力下保持的时间内,如果管道未发生异常现象,压力表指针不下降,则水压试。然后把压力降工作压力进行严密性试验。在工作压力之下对管道进行 的检查,同时使用1.5kg以下的木锤在距焊缝10~20mm处轻轻敲击,到检查完毕,如压力表指针没有下降或下降不超过0.02MPa,此时管道上焊缝也未出现渗漏现象,即为合格。

If there is no abnormality in the pipeline and the pointer of the pressure gauge does not drop within the holding time under the test pressure, the hydrostatic test shall be carried out. Then reduce the pressure to the working pressure for tightness test. For the inspection of the pipeline under the working pressure, at the same time, use a wooden hammer less than 1.5kg to knock gently at the place 10 ~ 20mm away from the weld. After the inspection, if the pointer of the pressure gauge does not drop or the drop does not exceed 0.02MPa, and there is no leakage on the weld on the pipeline, it is qualified.
