不锈钢风管焊接怎么做好打底?

不锈钢风管的焊接一般分为基础焊、填焊和盖焊。不锈钢风管底焊是不锈钢管焊接中关键的部分。它不仅关系到工程质量,而且关系到工程进度。目前,不锈钢风管打底分为充氩和非充氩两种工艺。背面氩气保护分为实芯焊丝+TIG工艺和实芯焊丝+TIG+水溶性纸工艺;背面非氩保护分为药芯焊丝基焊和焊条(药皮焊丝)基TIG焊。

在这种方法中,需要注意的是,水溶性纸张应该是双层的,并且须粘贴好。否则,水溶性纸易损坏脱落,造成内焊缝失去氩气保护,造成氧化,使焊缝重新开焊,既能保证焊接质量,又严重影响工期。因此,焊接前应严格检查焊接情况,并粘贴水溶性纸。
