厨房排烟系统清洗要注意什么？

酒店厨房排烟系统是每家正规酒店必不可少的设备，主要承担着为厨房排放和净化油烟的作用。酒店厨房排烟系统主要由集烟罩、风机、油烟净化设备和烟管组成。厨房排风系统的设备由于长期使用，会积聚大量油烟，影响排烟系统的运行效率和油烟净化的效果。因此，为了保证厨房油烟排放和油烟净化的效果，应定期对厨房排风系统进行清洗。
