通风管道加固的规定要求有哪些？

风管加固的规定要求，一般来讲主要有以下这些，为：

(1)法兰风管上如有加强筋的话，那么其凸出部分应在风管的表面面上，且摆放距离应均匀，板面不能出现变形。

(1) If there are stiffeners on the flange air duct, the protruding part shall be on the surface of the air duct, and the placement distance shall be uniform, and the plate surface shall not be deformed.

(2)假如风管的法兰强度低于规定强度的话，那么可以进行加固处理，不过加固件与风管衔接法兰一端之间的距离不能大于250毫米。

(2) If the flange strength of the air duct is lower than the specified strength, reinforcement can be carried out, but the distance between the reinforcement and one end of the connecting flange of the air duct shall not be greater than 250mm.

(3)外加固型材的高度，应不高于风管法兰的高度，与风管应牢固衔接，螺栓或铆接点之间的距离应不大于220毫米。

(3) The height of the external fixed profile shall not be higher than the height of the air duct flange, shall be firmly connected with the air duct, and the distance between bolts or riveting points shall not be greater than 220mm.

(4)假如风管内支撑加固的话，那么应摆放整齐，距离要均匀对称，在支撑件两头的风管受力面处设置专用的垫圈。

(4) If the support in the air duct is reinforced, it should be placed neatly, the distance should be uniform and symmetrical, and special gaskets should be set at the stress surface of the air duct at both ends of the support.

(5)风管的密封，应运用板材衔接这一方法，不过也可以选用密封胶嵌缝，或者是其它一些密封方法。假如运用密封胶，那么应符合规定要求，密封面应设在风管的正压面。

(6)角钢、加固筋与风管进行铆接时，应是牢固的，相接处应连成一体。

(7)法兰在安装到风管上之前，应做好漆，避免污染风管。
