通风管道的连接方式

通风管道有以下四种连接方式：

There are four ways to connect the ventilation duct:

1、抱箍式连接：主要用于钢板圆通风管道和螺旋风管连接，先把每一管段的两端轧出鼓筋，并使其一端缩为小口。安装时按气流方向把小口插人大口，外面用钢制抱箍将两个端的鼓箍抱紧连接，用螺栓穿在耳环中间固定拧紧。

1. Hoop connection: it is mainly used for the connection of steel plate round ventilation pipe and spiral air pipe. First, roll out the bulge reinforcement at both ends of each pipe section and shrink one end into a small mouth. When installing, insert the small mouth into the big mouth according to the direction of air flow, and use steel hoops to tightly connect the drum hoops at both ends. Finally, use bolts to thread them in the middle of the earrings for fixation and tightening.

2、插接式连接：主要用于矩形或圆形风管连接。先制作连接管，然后插入两侧风管，再用拉铆钉将其紧密固定。

2. Plug in connection: mainly used for rectangular or circular duct connection. First make the connecting pipe, then insert the air ducts on both sides, and then fix it tightly with pull rivets.

3、插条式连接：主要用于矩形风管连接。将不同形式的插条插入风管两端，然后压实。

4、软管式连接：主要用于风管与部件(如散热器、静压箱侧送风口等)的相连。安装时，软管两端套在连接的管外，采用独特设计的过滤媒介，不但具有良好的透气性能，而且提高了有效过滤面积使用寿命长，除尘效率高。滤芯自动清洁，不需要停止主机和其它操作。当滤筒表面饱和阻力达到一定的允许值时，自动清洁功能开启，并在主机工作过程中依次对每个滤筒进行反吹清洁，保障除尘机始终处于良好工作状态。

4. Hose connection: it is mainly used for the connection between air duct and components (such as radiator, plenum side air supply outlet, etc.). During installation, both ends of the hose are sleeved outside the connecting pipe, and the filter medium with unique design is adopted, which not only has good air permeability, but also improves the effective filtering area, has long service life, and has high dust removal efficiency. The filter element is automatically cleaned, and there is no need to stop the host and other operations. When the saturation resistance on the surface of the filter cartridge reaches a certain allowable value, the automatic cleaning function is turned on, and each filter cartridge is backwashed and cleaned in turn during the operation of the host machine to ensure that the dust remover is always in good working condition.
