通风管道降低通风机声源噪声措施

(1)合理选择通风机的机型。在噪声控制要求高的场合，应选用低噪声通风机。不同型号的通风机，在同样的风量、风压下，机翼型叶片的离心通风机噪声小，前向板型叶片的离心通风机噪声大。

(2)通风机的工作点应接近较率点。同一型号的通风机效北越高，噪声越小。为使通风机的运行工况点保持在通风机的率区，应尽量避免用阀门进行工况调节。如必须在通风机压出端设阀门时，其设置的较佳位置是距通风机出口1m处。它能使2000Hz以下的噪声降低。在通风机入口处气流应保持均匀。

(3)在可能条件下适当降低通风机的转速。通风机的旋转噪声与叶轮圆周速度10次方成比例，涡流噪声与叶轮圆周速度6次方(或5次方)成比例。故降低转速可降低噪声。

(4)通风机进、出口的噪声级是通风理、风压增加而增大的。因此，设计通风系统时，应尽量减少系统的压力损失。当通风系统的总风量和压力损失较大时，可将其分为小系统。
