螺旋风管的适用场景有哪些？

螺旋风管应采用金属带卷成螺旋咬合薄壁管，圆形，无焊接，主要用于排气和散装材料运输，取代传统的白铁管（即手动咬合铁管）。是风管的一种，全体制，接管无需手工敲击。

Spiral air duct shall be rolled into spiral bite thin wall pipe with metal strip, round, non-welded, mainly used for exhaust and bulk material transportation, instead of traditional white iron pipe (i.e. manual bite iron pipe). 其适用范围如下：

Its scope of application is as follows:

（1）排风，包含通气，如送鲜风和排气，这个范畴较广，如工厂车间，生产场所气体，因为有害物质产生需要排出户外，又需要将户外气体输送室内。此时，应使用流量大、压力小的空气输送管道。螺旋风管非常适用。镀锌铁管一般用于腐蚀性和湿冷场所。

(1) Exhaust, including ventilation, such as fresh air supply and exhaust, covers a wide range of areas, such as factory workshops and production sites. Because of the generation of hazardous substances, outdoor gases need to be discharged outdoors, and outdoor gases need to be transported indoors. At this time, air delivery pipes with large flow and low pressure should be used. Spiral duct is very suitable. Galvanized iron pipes are generally used in corrosive and wet and cold places.

（2）送冷风。常见的是空调管道，这种管道必须加保温材料。集尘风管定制可粘贴保温材料，表面美观。

(2) Supply cold air. It is common for air conditioning pipes, which must be added with thermal insulation materials. The dust collecting duct can be customized and pasted with thermal insulation materials, with beautiful surface.

（3）排油烟。餐厅、酒店、酒店厨房产生大量油烟，必须排出，圆形风管是油烟管。螺旋风管在这里称为油烟管。

(3) Exhaust lampblack. A large amount of lampblack is produced in restaurants, hotels and hotel kitchens and must be discharged. The circular air duct is the lampblack duct. The spiral air duct is called oil smoke duct here.

（4）除灰。有些工厂生产线有很多浮尘，必须有相关的除尘装置，流量大的管道，可以使用螺旋风管。

（5）散装物料输送。在一些工厂的生产中，必须输送松散的颗粒，通常比例小，如泡沫塑料颗粒，螺旋风管成本低，效果好。

(5) Bulk material transportation. In the production of some factories, loose particles must be transported, usually with a small proportion, such as foam plastic particles. Spiral air ducts have low cost and good effect.

不锈钢焊接风管加固规定：

Regulations on reinforcement of stainless steel welded air duct:

1、如支点管路，则支点与管路边沿或法兰片中间的间隔应是匀称的。

1. In case of fulcrum pipeline, the spacing between fulcrum and pipeline edge or flange shall be uniform.

2、如采用波浪纹杆或波浪纹线工程加固，布局应尺度，间距应均匀。对于操作面板，应当没有明显的变形和别的挫败。

2. If the corrugated bar or corrugated line engineering is used for reinforcement, the layout shall be scale and the spacing shall be uniform. For the operation panel, there should be no obvious deformation and other frustrations.

3、不锈钢焊接风管工程加固时，应选用波浪纹杆、垂直杆、角钢、镀锌扁钢、建筑钢材和内支撑架等特定工具。

4、角钢或建筑钢材的应用也须以均匀对称的办法布局，其高度不能超过法兰片总宽。
