防排烟风管系统生产各方面的要求

1、材料要求

1. Material requirements

①风管材料必须为不燃材料

The material of duct material must be non combustible material

②须采用镀锌钢板或冷轧钢板

Galvanized steel sheet or cold rolled steel sheet shall be used

③金属材料厚度不小于0.8~1.2mm

Metal material thickness is not less than 0.8~1.2mm

④穿过防炎墙楼板时，风道厚度不小于1.5mm

The thickness of the air duct is not less than 1.5mm when passing through the wall of the anti inflammation wall

2、保温材料要求

2. Requirements of thermal insulation materials

①应采用非燃材料进行保温，可采用玻璃纤维材料

Non combustible materials should be used for thermal insulation and glass fiber materials are adopted

②保温层厚度不应小于25mm

The thickness of insulating layer should not be less than 25mm

③安装在吊顶内的排烟管道，其保温材料应与可燃物保持150mm距离

3、排烟风速

①采用金属材料时，风速不应大于20m/s

4、排烟风口

①烟气排烟出口应采用1.5mm钢板制作

②每个排烟系统，排烟口数量不宜多于30个

③排烟口较小面积不宜小于0.04m2

The minimum area of smoke exhaust should not be less than 0.04m2
