3、风管法兰制作。由于风管采用钢板法兰连接，尺寸较大的三通、弯头等制作需要拼接板材。但是，钢板法兰位置严格不允许拼接。其强度不能达到要求，须采用角钢法兰或按设计及规范要求处理。在变风量系统中，由于管道内保持较稳定的静压状态，对风管强度及密封性能要求较高。

4.
