降低安装通风管道的成本有哪些有效措施?

风管组装:风管较短可以一次性在地面组装,风管较长可依据安装场地情况分段组装。组装时应尽量调整风道的中心度和水平度,避免风管扭曲或上下起波,左右摆龙,每段风道不宜超过10m。组装时,垫片应垫平,法兰螺栓应均匀拧紧,螺母帽均朝向同一方向

风管就位:先检查全部支架的水乎度、标高、牢固程度。风管就位一般使用直接和吊具两种方式。如果风管断面较小位置又很低的可采用人工就位方法,只需搭设简易脚手架即可。当风管断面较大且管段较长时,可采用滑轮、倒链、大绳等方法吊装。

就现阶段来看,我国国内建筑通风管道类型多使用镀锌钢板风管,但是,种种案例与科研数据显示,钢板风管的耐火性能并不理想,为了改善防火性能,可以将防火材料包覆在钢板风管表面,通过这一方式可以达到1~2h防火性能,这样即可满足防排烟管道设计需求。

根据我国《建筑防排烟系统技术要求》的相关规定,为了保障排放管的防火效果,排烟管在穿越防火区域以及排烟管道吊顶时,需要控制好管道耐火极限,一般情况下,耐火极限必须要保持在1h以上;同时,排烟管道应该禁止穿越楼梯间与建筑物的前室,如果穿越出现困难,就需要调整耐火极限,将极限控制在2h以上。
