共板式法兰风管又称无法兰风管,其制作形式比传统的矩形风管加工速度更快捷、更方便、更小的漏风率。其优点是节省材料,减少工程投资;漏风量小,降低能耗,节省运行费用,颇受施工企业欢迎。
The common plate flange air duct, also known as the non flange air duct, has a faster, more convenient, and lower air leakage rate in its manufacturing form compared to traditional rectangular air ducts. Its advantage is to save materials and reduce engineering investment; Small air leakage, reduced energy consumption, and saved operating costs, which is highly welcomed by construction companies.
共板法兰主要由角码、法兰夹,及与风管一体相连的法兰连接,这种形式风管虽然造价较低(减少了角钢用量,减少了制作角钢法兰的人工用量),但是实际应用起来不如角钢法兰牢固,漏风量也较大,且必须通过机床进行加工,手工制作几乎不能实现它的制作,通常只应用于新风系统,空调系统等,排烟系统还是经常用角钢法兰连接的风管。但是人防工程是不允许用共板法兰连接。
The common plate flange is mainly composed of corner brackets, flange clamps, and flange connections that are integrated with the air duct. Although this form of air duct has a lower cost (reducing the amount of angle steel used and the manual labor required to make angle steel flanges), it is not as sturdy as angle steel flanges in practical applications, and has a larger air leakage rate. It must be processed by machine tools, and manual production is almost impossible to achieve its production. It is usually only used in fresh air systems, air conditioning systems, etc. The exhaust system still often uses angle steel flange connected air ducts. However, it is absolutely not allowed to use common flange connections in civil air defense engineering.

法兰表面不平整,矩形法兰旋转180度后,与同规格的法兰螺孔不重合,内边尺寸或两对角线的尺寸不相等超过允许的偏差等,影响风管部件在施工现场的正常组装。偏差小的造成在安装过程中的不必要的修改、打孔;偏差过大造成返工和浪费。
The surface of the flange is uneven, and after rotating the rectangular flange 180 degrees, it does not coincide with the screw holes of the flange of the same specification. The size of the inner edge or two diagonals is not equal and exceeds the allowable deviation, which affects the normal assembly of the air duct components on the construction site. Unnecessary modifications and drilling during installation caused by small deviations; Excessive deviation leads to rework and waste.

标准直管由流水线上直接压制成连体法兰。
Standard straight pipes are directly pressed into connected flanges on the assembly line.
非标直管、弯头、三通、四通、配件等下料后,在单机设备上完成TDF法兰成型。
After cutting non-standard straight pipes, elbows, tees, tees, fittings, etc., TDF flange forming is completed on a single machine equipment.
法兰角由模具直接冲压成型,安装时卡在四个角即可。
The flange corners are directly stamped and formed by molds, and can be clamped at the four corners during installation.
法兰间的连接用法兰卡,由镀锌钢板制作,经法兰卡成型机成型后切割成统一的尺寸供安装连接使用。TDF共板法兰因与管道钢板连成一体,不必像角钢法兰般打孔铆接,在两节管道的连接上用专用法兰卡,四角加90度法兰角后用螺栓连接。操作简单,提高了效率,外观平整、光滑,尺寸准确,互换性强,产品的质量稳定。
The connection between flanges is made of galvanized steel plates and cut into uniform sizes for installation and connection after being formed by a flange card forming machine. The TDF common plate flange is integrated with the pipeline steel plate and does not need to be drilled or riveted like angle steel flanges. Special flange clamps are used to connect the two sections of the pipeline, and 90 degree flange angles are added to the four corners and bolted together. 美国和欧洲等发达从九十年代开始采用风管的无法兰连接,目前此工艺已被广泛应用于各种工程。我国的标准 GB50243-2002关于《通风与空调工程施工及验收规范》中明确规定矩形风管可以采用无法兰连接工艺。北京中旅大厦、井饭店、上海贝尔电话公司工程项目均采用无法兰连接形式,效果良好。
Developed countries such as the United States and Europe have been using flange free connections for air ducts since the 1990s, and this process has been widely applied in various engineering projects. The national standard GB50243-2002 of our country specifies that rectangular ducts can use the non flange connection process in the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering". The Beijing China Travel Service Building, Wangfujing Hotel, and Shanghai Bell Telephone Company engineering projects all adopt the non blue connection form, and the effect is good.
