通风管道加工厂家用作通风管道的材料很多，但常用的主要有以下（1）金属薄板。金属薄板是制作风管及部件的主要材料。通常使用的有普通薄钢板、镀锌薄钢板、不锈钢钢板、铝板和塑料复合钢板。它们的优点是易于工业化加工制作、安装方便、能承受较高温度。

普通薄钢板：具有良好的加工性能和结构强度，但其表面容易生锈，所以制作时应刷油漆进行防腐处理。镀锌薄钢板：由普通薄钢板镀锌而成，由于表面镀锌，可起防锈作用，一般用来制作无酸雾作用的潮湿环境中的风管。

铝及铝合金板：加工性能好、耐腐蚀。摩擦时不易产生火花，常用于有防爆要求的通风系统中。

不锈钢板：具有耐锈耐酸能力，常用于制作含湿、含酸的排风管道及化工环境中需耐腐蚀的通风系统。

Stainless steel plate: it has the ability of rust resistance and acid resistance. It is often used to make wet and acid exhaust pipes and corrosion resistant ventilation systems in chemical environment.

塑料复合钢板。在普通薄钢板表面喷上一层0.2~0.4mm厚的塑料层。西安通风管道加工厂家常将塑料复合钢板用于防尘要求较高的空调系统和-10~70℃温度下耐腐蚀系统的风管。通风工程常用的钢板厚度是0.5~4mm。
