通风管道风管封堵要点！

Ventilation duct blocking points!

风管穿越防火墙应设有钢板厚度1.6mm及以上的套管。套管内部应用玻璃棉等不燃材料封堵，外面用防火泥抹面。

The air duct should be fitted with sleeve with steel plate thickness of 1.6 mm or more when passing through the firewall. The inner part of the casing shall be sealed with non-combustible materials such as glass wool, and the outer part shall be covered with fire-proof mud.

防火阀和条形散流器装置

Fire valve and strip diffuser device

防火阀应装置在顺气流方向一侧，离墙间隔不超过200mm。

Fire valves shall be installed on the side of downstream direction with a distance not exceeding 200 mm from the wall.

大于630mm的防火阀需设独立吊架。吊架设置不能影响防火阀执行机构动作，应选用在防火阀顶部设置吊耳的办法。

Fire-proof valves larger than 630 mm need to be equipped with independent hangers. The installation of hangers can not affect the action of the fire valve actuator, so the method of installing hangers on the top of the fire valve should be selected.

风管底部衔接条形散流器应设短管，若设置在风管侧面则短管上应设置独立吊架。

Short pipes should be installed at the bottom of the duct to connect the strip diffuser, and separate hangers should be installed on the short pipes if they are set on the side of the duct.

落地式风机装置

Ground-type fan unit

设备根底通过交代验收，其大小、平整度应满意设备装置要求。风机与根底触摸处应有橡胶减振垫或绷簧减振器等减振办法，且减振电或绷簧应考虑动荷载。

The size and smoothness of the equipment should satisfy the requirements of the equipment. There should be rubber damper pad or spring damper at the touch of fan and base, and dynamic load should be considered in damper electricity or spring.

吊挂式风机装置

Hanging fan unit

吊挂式风机装置如果风机顶部离楼板间隔小于300mm,选用圆钢吊杆上设绷簧减振器，减振器应设置于风机顶部以上位置，吊杆与风机外壳应有50-100mm的间隔。若大于300mm，选用角钢或许槽钢制作防晃式吊架框。

If the distance between the top of the fan and the floor is less than 300 mm, a spring damper should be installed on the round steel suspender. The damper should be located above the top of the fan, and the distance between the suspender and the casing of the fan should be 50-100 mm. If it is more than 300 mm, angle steel or channel steel is selected to make anti-sloshing hanger frame.

风机与风管衔接

室外风机软接与风管之间应做跨接处理，跨接线应该为卷圈软线。

The soft connection of outdoor fan and air duct should be handled by spanning, and the spanning connection should be coiled soft wire.

风机盘管装置

Fan coil unit

风机盘管尽量贴近楼板水平装置，顶部留出100mm以上空间操作与检修即可。便于管道系统排气泄水以及冷凝水斜度要求。风机盘管装置应该注意在前后与下部留出送回风管与风口装置空间。

Fan coil unit should be as close as possible to the floor level device, leaving more than 100 mm space at the top for operation and maintenance. It is convenient for exhaust and drainage of pipeline system and requirement of condensate inclination. The fan coil unit should be noted to leave space for the air supply and return pipe and tuyere device at the front, back and bottom.
