风管板材选用不符合要求

1.现象

风管不垂直,两端口平面不平行,管径变小。

2.原因分析

制作同径圆风管时下料找方直角不准确,制作异径圆风管时,两端口周长采用划线法,直径变小,其咬口宽度不相等。

When making circular air ducts with the same diameter, the cutting and right angles are not accurate. When making circular air ducts with different diameters, the circumference of the two ports is marked off, resulting in a smaller diameter and unequal bite width.

(1)下料时应用经过校正的方尺找方。

(1)板材找方划线后,须核查每片长度、宽度及对角线的尺寸,对超过偏差范围的尺寸应以更正。

(2)下料后,风管相对面的两片材料,其尺寸必须校对准确。

(3)操作咬口时,应保证宽度一致,闭合咬口时可先固定两端及部位,然后均匀闭合咬口。

(4)用法兰与风管翻边宽度来调整风管两端口平行度及垂直度。
