通风设备管道制作方法及要求

通风、空气调节工厂所使用的主要材料、设备、成品办成品等均应有出厂合格证明书或质量鉴定文件。通风工厂必须按批准的设计图纸施工。通风管道制作的尺寸应按图施工，均以内径为准，连接管应与阀体相吻合。圆形弯管的弯曲半径和少节数及矩形弯管的弯曲半径应按《建筑安装工程施工技术操作规程》中有关规定执行。圆形风管的三通，其夹角为90o。风管各管段的连接应采用可拆卸的形式。风管厚度按标准。

The blades should be fully open or fully closed, and cannot be used for adjusting the air volume. The production of various types of valves should be firm, the adjustment and braking device should be accurate, flexible, and reliable, and the valve opening and closing direction should be indicated. The thickness of the fire valve shell should be no less than 2mm, and the material selection should comply with the requirements of GB50243-97 specification. The flexible short pipe civil air defense and gas filtration system adopts rubber type, while the other uses three proof fireproof canvas. Each suspension, support, and bracket should be flat and firm, with full welds, and the arc of the hoop should be even.

管道在安装前应对其除尘，保证管道内外表面整洁，管道在安装前应检查其平整和水平度，经监理或甲方认可并填写有关验收资料后方可安装。管道吊装前先要核对现场结构预留孔洞的位置、尺寸、标高，并将风管内外擦拭干净，严防施工中的垃圾管道中，安装部位的障碍物要清理。

The gasket thickness of the flange is 3– 5mm, plastic should not protrude into the pipe. Bolt connecting the flange. The nuts should be on the same side, and the material should be made according to the design requirements. The air duct should be installed horizontally, with a levelness of<=3/1000 and a total deviation of<=20mm. The air duct should be installed vertically, with a verticality of<=2/1000 and a total deviation of<=20mm. The air duct for civil air defense shall be sloped according to the requirements of civil air defense. The valve adjustment department of the air duct should be installed in a convenient location for operation, the valve plate should be inserted in the direction of the airflow, the installation position of the fire damper should be correct, and the fusible parts should be installed after the system is installed. The installation of various air vents should be flat and accurately positioned. The transfer part should be flexible and firmly connected to the air duct. The flexible short pipe should be installed with appropriate tightness and should not be twisted.
