  其实在耐火极限一词的解释中是这样描述的:本条术语解释中的“标准耐火试验条件”是指符合标准规定的耐火试验条件。

  目前,我国对于以纤维类火灾为主的建筑构件耐火试验主要参照国际标准化组织834标准规定的时间-温度标准曲线进行试验;对于石油化工建筑、通行大型车辆的隧道等以烃类为主的场所,结构的耐火极限需采用碳氢时间-温度曲线等相适应的升温曲线进行试验测定。对于不同类型的建筑构件,耐火极限的判定标准也不一样,比如非承重墙体,其耐火极限测定主要考察该墙体在试验条件下的完整性能和隔热性能;而柱的耐火极限测定则主要考察其在试验条件下的承载力和稳定性能。

  因此,对于不同的建筑结构或构、配件,耐火极限的判定标准和所代表的含义也不完全一致,详见现行标准《建筑构件耐火试验方法》系列。而隔热性要求主要适应于建(构)造物分隔件。所以个人认为当铁皮风管的完整性能可以达到要求后,系统的功能就可以满足设计要求了。
